Individual functioning and its consequences
We are pre-programmed to act and react. Each individual functions according to their own motor and cerebral coordination.
From a very young age, teachers, coaches and trainers teach us techniques. Some of these techniques have proven their value and have become benchmarks. But how do we know which of these techniques are relevant to our specific dynamic? Taking reference from our internal system allows us to more easily adapt to existing techniques and sustainably develop new skills. The person first, the technique second!
An observable reality inherited from human evolution
Evolution has given us an exceptional brain for one reason: to anticipate and coordinate the extremely complex movements humans are capable of. This is why observing the way each individual constructs movement provides access to the nature of their brain functioning.
Awareness of your motor and brain preferences provides:
In the corporate world, discovering your motor and cerebral dynamics provides you with practical solutions to adapt to all situations and all types of conversation partners in an agile and serene manner.
Motor and cerebral dynamics®
From motor kinetic tests, it is possible to reveal a person's motor and cerebral coherences and the way in which internal resources are accessible to them, in a dynamic manner.
Kinetic testing allows us to concretely feel the areas of fluidity and expression of our resources, but also the areas that are more difficult to access. By questioning the body, the tests also shed light on so-called “psychological” elements. It is then possible to better understand one's natural patterns of brain functioning to better communicate, collaborate, manage, negotiate or manage one's energy in the professional context.
The benefits of taking into account individual motor and brain dynamics are multiple.
Pioneering the field of motor preferences for business and sport
Axel® is one of the very first users of motor and cerebral preferences. Since 2005, we have been developing concrete adaptations on the ground for business and for sport.
Our newest area of practical use of motor preferences opens up the possibility of speaking English more fluently and naturally by drawing on the binary reflexes that all humans have.
