- “Not pursue goals other than those linked to skills development actions” defined by contract (individual) or agreement (companies and professionals). “During certifying training actions”, as well as non-certifying ones, “protect beneficiaries from associated risks, in particular deception within the meaning of article L. 441-1 of the Code de la Consommation as well as the risks of mental manipulation materializing the criminal offense of fraudulent abuse of a state of ignorance or weakness. - Never exert or cause to be exerted psychological pressure on the beneficiaries of the actions carried out, to prohibit and prevent during a session, any form of proselytism or propaganda of any nature, particularly religious or political.
5. Respect and enforce the protection of personal data, in application of the General Regulations for the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD).
6. Implement the search for adapted solutions for people with disabilities.
7. Respect and enforce the professional rules in force, particularly with regard to competing organizations.
In particular, prevent any derogatory remarks made towards them, any dissemination of confidential information, and any unfair competition or customer capture.
8. Respect the copyright and reproduction rights of documents that may be used during any session, and to request the required authorizations if they are necessary.
9. Seek an amicable solution in the event of a dispute with a client, financial partner, or competitor, before requesting the appointment of a mediator.
